All files are delivered in a convenient ZIP folder for easy download and organization.

Yes! Our standard license allows you to use the files to create physical products for sale in small to medium quantities (up to 500 units per design).

You can sell items like t-shirts, mugs, stickers, embroidered goods, vinyl decals, and other handmade products at craft fairs, online shops, or through your small business.

However, you may NOT resell, share, or redistribute the digital files themselves. For mass production or print-on-demand services, please contact us about an extended commercial license.

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. The email is sent immediately to the address you provided during checkout.

You can also access your files by logging into your account and navigating to your order history.

Download links are valid for 30 days. We recommend downloading and saving your files immediately to a secure location (computer, external drive, or cloud storage).

The required software depends on the type of file:

• Cut Files: Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Brother Canvas Workspace, or any software that supports SVG files
• Sublimation: Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or any image editing software, plus sublimation printer and heat press
• Embroidery: Your embroidery machine's compatible software (most machines come with free software)

Many of our files can be used with free software. Check the product description for specific requirements.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once files are downloaded. However, we offer refunds in exceptional cases:

• Technical issues with file corruption or incompatibility (if we cannot resolve the issue)
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Billing errors or incorrect charges
• Non-delivery of files due to system errors

Yes! You are welcome to modify, resize, recolor, or customize our designs to fit your specific project needs.

However, you may NOT sell the modified digital files. You can only sell physical products created using the modified designs.

All modifications must be for your own use or for creating physical items for sale under our commercial license terms.
